Have you got any ‘little monsters’ in your family who would enjoy their own piece of the action?
If so, then why not sign them up for the popular Wee Nessie? Open to pre-school children aged under 5, the Wee Nessie follows a short (approx 800 metres), circular route in the enclosed Bught Park. It allows children to walk, jog or run at their own pace and provides the perfect introduction to the sport.
You just have to witness the joy and pride on little faces to see how delighted they are to be involved! And who knows…perhaps we’ll see the early signs of some future running stars in the making!

Registration
Registration for the Wee Nessie is open on Saturday 10.00-18.00 and Sunday 08.00-09.30. All runners must collect their race number and t-shirt.

Yes, the Wee Nessie is for children aged under 5 on the day of the event.
Your entry fee includes a finisher’s medal, technical t-shirt, fruit and water.
Limited entries for the Wee Nessie may be available over the event weekend, subject to capacity. Please check our website and social channels before heading along to registration.
You will receive an email confirming your bib number and Event Guide at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
You are required to collect your bib number during pre-race registration between 10.00-18.00 on Saturday or 07.30-09.00 on Sunday at the Event Village, Bught Park, Inverness, IV3 5SQ. Please allow plenty of time if collecting on Sunday morning.
